LeitzmannGrillo was founded by the CEOs of TCI, Matthias Leitzmann, and Grillo 2.0, Sebastian Grillo, in order to better address the transatlantic expansion project and program management needs of their clients.

While there seemed to be a myriad of resources, specialists, and places where a company could turn to in order to get expansion assistance and information, there lacked to be a viable way for companies to meaningfully assemble various datasets, resources, and expertise and have it led and managed in a streamlined, transparent, and integrated manner. LeitzmannGrillo addresses this “missing link” and built a niche project management and consulting group that has helped companies in the US as well as Europe to significantly improve their transatlantic expansion results.

All LeitzmannGrillo partners have experience living and working both in the US as well as Germany, speak English & German fluently, maintain offices on both sides of the Atlantic, and are seasoned international travelers, project managers, and executives with over 15 years of experience each.
